While pressing and holding ESC button , press and hold POWER button till it get started, release the buttons. wait and you will be android troubleshoot mode.

- While pressing and holding POWER button press VOL+ button.

- Using VOLUME button navigate to "wipe data/factory reset".

- Press POWER button for ok.

- Again using VOLUME keys navigate to " yes -- delete all user data ".

- Press POWER button and wait till it will clean data.

- Once more press POWER button to reboot. It is done.
